YOUR INFORMATION. YOUR CHOICE.

Privacy,
in plain English.

This policy explains how AdaptiveX Pte. Ltd. handles personal information on the Instnct website, including the waitlist, enquiries and requested demo calls. Last updated 22 September 2026.

01

Who is responsible

Instnct is a brand of AdaptiveX Pte. Ltd., Singapore. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or a complaint, email [email protected] and address your message to the Privacy Team. This policy covers this website and its demo requests. The terms and data-handling arrangements for a paid product account will be provided before you subscribe.

02

What we collect

For the waitlist, we collect your name, phone number, selected region and email if you choose to provide it. Contact enquiries include your name, email, message and any business name you supply. We record the consent you give, the page you submit from and the time of your request. Website infrastructure processes IP addresses and technical request information for delivery and security. Please do not include sensitive customer information in website forms.

03

How we use your details

We use waitlist details to contact you about the Instnct launch and access in your selected region, and enquiry details to answer your message. A waitlist signup does not request an AI demonstration call. We use security information to prevent spam, duplicate submissions and misuse. We do not sell your personal information or use form details to build advertising audiences.

04

If you request a demonstration call

The callback form asks for separate, explicit consent to a call from an AI voice agent. As stated in that consent, AdaptiveX records, transcribes and analyses the demonstration. Only provide a number you are authorised to use. Australian pages route the request to the Australian agent; Singapore pages route it to the Singapore agent. This identifies the agent handling the call, not a promise that every service provider stores data in that country. You can ask the agent to stop.

05

Country preferences and analytics

We estimate your country from your IP address on our server: Australia selects the Australian site; other or unknown locations default to Singapore. You can change this in the menu. A preference cookie remembers your selected region for up to one year. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, button clicks, recording plays and form progress to help us improve the site. We do not send your name, phone number, email, message or form contents to Google Analytics. Analytics is optional; you can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Your analytics choice is remembered in your browser for six months. Declining analytics does not affect the forms.

06

Who helps us run the website

Authorised AdaptiveX team members access enquiries to help you. Our providers include DigitalOcean for hosting and database storage, Resend for enquiry notifications, Google Sheets for a private enquiry register, and Google Analytics when you consent. AdaptiveX’s voice infrastructure and its service providers process requested demo calls. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect against fraud or misuse. Access is limited to the purposes described here.

07

Overseas processing and security

AdaptiveX operates from Singapore. Depending on the service and provider, information may be processed in Singapore, Australia, the United States and other countries where our providers operate. We use access restrictions, encrypted connections and appropriate contractual arrangements for overseas processing. No online service can promise absolute security. Contact us if your business has specific data-location requirements before sharing customer data or subscribing.

08

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to manage your waitlist request, respond to your enquiry, operate a requested demonstration or meet legal and security obligations. We review information that is no longer needed and delete or de-identify it. You can ask us about the retention period for your information or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained to comply with law, resolve a dispute or record a request not to contact you.

09

Your choices, rights and complaints

You can leave the waitlist or withdraw permission for future launch contact by emailing [email protected]. You can also request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. We may verify your identity before acting and will explain if a legal requirement prevents us from fulfilling a request. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already carried out, and may mean we cannot provide a requested service. If you have a privacy complaint, contact our Privacy Team with the details; we will investigate and respond. You may also contact Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission or, where Australian privacy law applies, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
